its always such a laughable arguement because there really isnt one. violent video games, movies, cartoons, tv, etc. can cause a normal healthy 15 year old straight A student to somehow go and purchase a gun and use it to shoot up their school or the local 7-11. now washington state lawmakers want to vote to put more of the blame on game companies instead of the parents that cant see the huge M on the front and back of the box and printed clearly on the disc. maybe you remember last year when these crazy fucks made it law to card the illiterate parents who buy the shit. why not a law forcing shitty parents whose kids do stupid shit to take responsibility for it. no amount of violent video games can hold a candle to neglect, abuse, molestation, etc. i doubt anyone has ever had to see a psychiatrist for playing too much quake. if you ask the parents of the victims in colombine i doubt you could find a single one that would blame id software for their child’s death. I’m dying to hear what the other side of this arguement could possibly be. why shouldnt a parent be held responsible for their children’s actions?

whats really sad about the whole thing is how fucking generic all of the cases are. any time a kid beats up another kid or shoots up his classmates or even steals a pack of gum from the grocery store there is always one thing in common: shitty parents. even 50 years ago before video games were even a fantasy take a look at your average child molesters past and you will see that he was molested when he was younger. take a look at your average wife beater’s past and you’ll see his wife beating dad. its a viscious cycle that has little to nothing to do with what someone does to entertain themselves. if video games are to blame then why isnt this shit a pandemic? with these games selling tens of millons of copies why arent there even 10 homicides for each million? even with all the shitty white trash parents that let their little future wife beating alcoholic sons play the games why arent there hundreds of 15 year old serial killing car thieves roaming america’s streets? why arent there crazy ass tetris addicts stacking blocks all over the place? because its fucking bullshit that’s why! i blame the dickless money grubbing lawmakers for this shit just as much as the religious nutter old people that dream it up.

i hate me a lot of shit but i’m never going to go and tell someone else they have to hate it too. you’ll never see me with a fucking picket sign chanting about how kmart leaves fucking freight in their aisles or how the state should step in and stop these white trash mothers from spitting out 15 kids and making me foot the bill. i’ll never have a fucking sticker on my car that says your choice of religion/president/radio station is incorrect. i can educate myself about anything that concerns me and i count on my fellow man to do the same. i guess judging by the sheer number of bible thumping religious fanatics that govern/vote in this country this is rather foolish.

i’ve run out of steam again but i kinda like this blog shit now my poor wife doesnt have to hear me bitch. I can just get all “stream of consciousness” on this biatch and go about my day. now if you’ll excuse me i gotta go take advantage of the situation and pay some 15 years olds to run down some religious fanatics and old people with a car and blame it on GTA3. oops sorry musta been the video games talkin’
