One of the supposed recordings from a russian drilling operation of damned souls writhing in agony in the depths of hell with an introduction by Art Bell.  Sounds more like damned subway passengers wondering what that smell is while waiting for a train to arrive to me, but whatever.

Hardcastle & McCormick I remember watching this crap at 4 am, after the 3 hour run of infomercials, just before my local ABC affiliate went off the air. Apparently it was still more lucrative to run this show than to play a test pattern, but not by much.

The Periodic Table of Videos

The University of Nottingham has created a Periodic Table of Videos profiling every entry on the periodic table of the elements.  It's about 17 times more interesting than it sounds.

Tables charting the chemical elements have been around since the 19th century -- but this modern version has a short video about each one.

TF2 Heavy Update

The Team Fortress Blog has released info about the upcoming TF2 Heavy update:

In addition to the three unlockable weapons and thirty-five achievements for the Heavy, we’ve got a new game mode with five new arenas for it, a new Payload map focusing on more open spaces than Goldrush, and another popular community-made map [cp_steel].
